Chocolate has always been my heart's desire. Why limit me to dropping hints for imported chocolates when I could dive headfirst into the world of chocolate manufacturing? So, when the chance to do a diploma in Germany popped up, I didn't hesitate. It was a knockout punch, and I was smitten. My journey took me globetrotting, working with top chefs, and learning the craft from the finest chocolatiers. I realized that India could create extraordinary chocolate too, and my heart said, "Go for it!" Sure, my heart led the way more than my head did, but sometimes, that's precisely what you need. This adventure continues, with every opportunity seized to master new techniques and embrace cutting-edge technology. With chocolate as my muse, the journey is as colourful as a rainbow, and it's far from over.
