Our packaging ensures our chocolates are delivered to you in perfect condition. We pack our elegant boxes with gel ice packs and a jakobi tissue paper to create the perfect gifting experience. Upon request, we can include a complimentary gift message tag.
We offer Standard and Express delivery.
Free shipping for orders above Rs 400 for Chocolates & Chocolate Spreads. Shipping charges Rs 75 /- applicable for purchases below Rs 400.
Jakobi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Jakobi dispatches the orders from Monday-Thursday (Through Speed post for Chocolate Spreads and Blue dart for chocolates).
We ship all across India. Please allow us 2 to 7-business days for shipments. Chocolate Spreads the expected delivery is 2 to 7 days from dispatch. For chocolates expected delivery is 2 to 4 days from dispatch.

Delivery and Return
No exchange is allowed after the product is accepted in the correct order. If the product is spoiled or damaged, please return it, write the reason on the invoice, and report it immediately to the above number with a photograph of the damage.
